ONLINE TICKET SALES NO LONGER AVAILABLE

TABLES: Purchase includes one (1) vendor or artist space table at OUT Convention (August 4th, 2018). Tables will be located in the vendor or artist designated area. One admission pass per vendor/artist. Helpers and additional vendors will have to pay general admission to enter event. 
Set up will begin on August, 4th 2018 at 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.. Both, artist alley and vendor alley are scheduled to close at 8:00 P.M. Saturday. 
Vendor and artist space is limited so early purchase is encouraged. Vendor and artist table space prices will increase once a certain number of tables are sold in its current price. 
As a side note, considering the affordability of tables, we ask vendors and artists if they could donate an item from their shop for convention awards. Artists and vendors will be asked for item on the day of the event. This is not mandatory but we’d be incredibly grateful.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UPON PURCHASE. However, if buyer wishes to change the name on table space, please contact OutConvention@aol.com
The Miami Airport Convention Center is located at 711 NW 72nd Ave., Miami FL. 33126. Event will be held in its second level. 
OUT Convention reserves the right to refund vendor/ artist if items being sold go against the ethics of the convention and its attendees.

TICKETS: Tickets are for Saturday (August 4th, 2018) ONLY. Tickets will not be mailed, a valid form of identification must be presented at the event door (August 4th, 2018) for entry. Advance ticket purchases will be included in the advance purchase list. 
Ticket prices are subject to change and likely to increase. Advance ticket purchase is encouraged.
